Holistically: Fahamu Mpya, Kenya Conscious Living Community

Ever wanted or needed an escape? ever felt the world's sense decay? ever craved for the space to live; not jut exist, and to grow your understanding of purpose? Ever wanted the world's judgement to shut the hell up for a bit as you piece yourself back together? Is all you simply want is love, a hug and a belly full of laughter?

Well, look no more because Naraya Naserian, a magically spiritual and beautifully divine empress has opened the doors of her home for just that. The Fahamu Mpya Kenya Conscious Living Community is nothing short of a refreshing breadth of fresh air (probably because it's surrounded by the serene Ngong hills) and full of love (last time i went there there were NINE new born puppies and you know puppies mean forever hugs).

Many young people are afflicted with confusion of purpose and sometimes all we need is a second to breadth. As a resident of the Fahamu Mpya, you have the seclusion and privacy and silence to figure stuff out all while being surrounded with love, cheer, understanding and a warm meal.

Recently, Naraya has gone further as to open the Fahamu Mpya Shop which features various up and coming artist's works from canvas paintings to beaded clothes, dazzling jewelry and bow-ties too. She has featured their store in the last two editions of the Eden Yard and will be coming onto the Eden Yard 5th Edition with the same amazing group meditation session and private readings.

Naraya is a caregiver. If you don't find her caring, you don't find her living. It's fun to watch her host group meditation circles though truthfully most times just being around her is meditation enough. :)
