Before you get into the fun stuff, we thought we should give you a little explanation as to why our name changed from The EDEN Yard, and what this means for our future.

We took a short break in the summer of 2017 to reground ourselves in the purpose of our monthly event, as well as do some internal restructuring in order to cater to our event's growing interest and impact opportunities. During the first quarter of 2017, an event called The Sama Affair was born, which shared similar values and visions with us at the Eden Yard and because we highly believe in the power of collaboration, after lots of fun talks and sometimes wine and sometimes painting, our two events decided to merge and grow our strengths and identities as one.

The future could not look any brighter- bearing the same vision but with with more man power, mental and physical resources, we're charged with motive and the drive to highlight the joys of ethical living, ethical production and ethical trade in Kenya. We have a few exciting activities lined up for the future and we continue to thank our partners, sponsors and volunteers for all your help in shaping an atmosphere that impacts so many people both creatively and positively.
